The beginning was anything but easy: Our founderTemurstarted without investors and with little startup capital. But with courage, perseverance, and a clear vision, an extraordinary business journey began.
2014 – The start with door-to-door sales
With a targeted product range and a direct sales approach – personal door-to-door visits – Bate GmbH was able to nearly quadruple its product offerings within a year. Initial furniture projects were successfully implemented, laying the foundation for future business success.
2015 – Digital breakthrough and the bold step to China
Launch of Bate.ch:Our first website went online – an important step into the digital future.
Building in China:In one of the most formative chapters, Temur traveled to China to establish sourcing and partnerships. Without established contacts on-site, this was a huge challenge. After an intensive search, he managed to find a reliable agent through personal connections – a turning point for Bate GmbH.
2016 – First imports and professional warehouse
After extensive research and several trips, the first container with goods from China arrived. At the same time, the move to a new warehouse with 600 m²– a big step towards professional logistics.
2017 – Technological expansion and dynamic growth
2017 was characterized by technological advancement. At the same time, the company grew rapidly – so much so that new hair salons were regularly equipped with products from Bate GmbH. An impressive testament to our dynamism and innovative strength.
2018 – Optimization and expansion
We focused on structural development, optimized processes, and solidified our market position – with the goal of making growth sustainable and stable.
2019 – Internationalization and product range expansion
A year of rapid growth: The product range was continuously expanded. Trips to China, Turkey, and across Europe led to new partnerships and fresh product ideas. New contacts, new products – the company expanded on multiple levels.
2020 – A challenging but formative year
While many were slowed down by the pandemic, Bate GmbH acted decisively:
Early securing of essential itemsand quick delivery capability when the industry had urgent needs
Logistics scaled:Higher order volumes required new transport solutions
Reliable market coverage:Fast, reliable, and broadly deliverable – this strengthened our position in the industry
2021 – A new home for even more growth
A milestone: Our new company building has been opened.

Despite global supply shortages and sharply rising prices, Bate GmbH remained stable. Thanks to our well-stocked warehouse, we were able to continue delivering reliably – a clear competitive advantage.
2023–2024 – Focus on innovation and automation
These years were marked by innovation:

IT investments were strategically expanded
Automation came to the forefront – for more efficient processes and future-proof structures
Many developments and solutions come from our own hands – we do not want to end up in dead ends, but rather act self-determined and flexibly.
