How to use; Apply to clean hair. For best results, make sure your hair is free of product buildup or oil and impurities. So, cleanse those curls thoroughly with a shampoo that is gentle on the curls. Make sure your hair is dry. Applying hairspray to damp hair may not give you the desired results. Hairspray is best used when your style is ready to be set. When hair is damp or wet the overall effect still changes, so applying to dry hair means you know what you're getting! If your hair is dry, avoid tousling it with the towel and pat it dry before using a hairdryer. The gentler you are with the towel, the better! Keep your distance. Hold the nozzle 6 inches away from your hair to get an even coat and just enough hold. If you hold and spray the nozzle too loosely on strands, the product will not be applied evenly and will form too much in one spot. Don't hover on one area for too long or you'll end up with an uneven application that can take you right back to Step 1. Try to cover the entire head evenly.
